Written March 2015. This piece is written From the perspective of the land. A recounting of the history of pastoralists in Uganda, who watched the land deteriorate from overgrazing when they were no longer able to wander the land freely

saying you can't move
but then I can't grow
and I'm losing touch with nourishment
that I used to know

Our seasons run on different courses

how the seasons change
